Returns & Refunds Policy

At GLAMOVAS, we value customer satisfaction and want to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please review the following policies regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancel Order

• Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of purchase or before the order is processed for shipment.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at info.aimitav@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns

• We accept returns on products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

• Please contact our support team before sending any return. We will provide the correct return address. Packages returned without confirmation will not be accepted.

• Do not send your return to the address printed on the package; this is not our return warehouse.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refund requests must include clear photo or video evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees and promotional discounts are non-refundable.

• If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us again.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items, intimate goods, perishable products, and customized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
